Terms of Service

Welcome to Diamond Prestige Luxury. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.

Definitions

  • “Company”: Diamond Prestige Luxury, the provider of car rental services based in Tangier, Morocco.
  • “Customer”: Any individual or entity using our services.
  • “Vehicle”: Any car rented through Diamond Prestige Luxury.

Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 21 years old or meet the age requirements for the rented vehicle.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license recognized in Morocco.
  • Provide valid identification and payment information.

Booking and Payment

  • Bookings can be made via WhatsApp or our Google Maps profile.
  • A valid payment method is required to confirm a booking.
  • Prices are subject to change. Once confirmed, the price of your booking will not change unless you modify your reservation.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the rental period will incur no charges.
  • Cancellations within 48 hours of the rental period may result in a cancellation fee of up to 20% of the booking total.
  • No refunds will be provided for cancellations after the rental period begins.

Delivery and Return of Vehicles

  • Vehicles will be delivered to the agreed location in Tangier as per your booking.
  • Vehicles must be returned in the same condition and with the same fuel level as provided.
  • Late returns may result in additional charges.

Customer Responsibilities

The Customer agrees to:

  • Use the Vehicle responsibly and only for lawful purposes.
  • Avoid subletting or allowing unauthorized drivers to use the Vehicle.
  • Notify the Company immediately in case of accidents, theft, or damage.
  • Cover damages caused by negligence, misuse, or failure to comply with traffic laws.

Company Responsibilities

The Company will:

  • Provide a Vehicle in good working condition, clean, and insured.
  • Ensure timely delivery and availability of the Vehicle as per the agreement.
  • Address Customer concerns promptly.

Insurance and Liability

  • Basic insurance is included with each rental. Customers are responsible for costs exceeding coverage limits.
  • Customers are liable for fines, penalties, or legal fees arising from misuse of the Vehicle during the rental period.

Prohibited Uses

Vehicles must not be used for:

  • Racing, off-road driving, or towing.
  • Transporting hazardous materials or illegal items.
  • Activities that violate Moroccan traffic laws.

Force Majeure

The Company is not liable for delays or failures to provide services due to events beyond its control, such as natural disasters or government actions.

Termination of Service

The Company reserves the right to terminate any booking if the Customer breaches these Terms of Service or engages in illegal activities.

Dispute Resolution

  • Disputes will be resolved under Moroccan law.
  • The exclusive venue for disputes will be the courts of Tangier, Morocco.

Changes to Terms

The Company reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on our website or communicated to customers.
